Hello everyone, my name is Cassidy Carter and this is my second year serving as an ambassador for the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Kentucky. I am currently a senior majoring in neuroscience with plans to attend medical school in the near future. My hometown is Tompkinsville, Kentucky where I attended Monroe County High School and graduated as valedictorian and a 2015 Governor Scholar. I am involved  with several student organizations on campus including NeuroCATS, Future Republicans, the sorority of Delta Delta Delta, and other Pre-Medical clubs. Additionally, I work as a medical scribe at the University of Kentucky’s Chandler and Good Samaritan Emergency Departments.
