Work Experience & Campus Involvement

I am currently employed through the College of Arts & Sciences as Administrative Support in the Dean's Office, in addition to continuing my work with Presentation U! through Transformative Learning as a multimodal communication tutor for my second year. I also work with New Student & Family Programs as a Parent & Family Ambassador as well as a UK 101 Peer Instructor, co-instructing freshman orientation classes for my third semester while now serving simultaneously as a Peer Instructor Liaison for the 2017 calendar year. In 2015 I became a founding member of the Delta Omega chapter of Alpha Chi Omega and served on its first executive board as the founding Vice President of Facility Operations. In the past I have acted as co-captain for UK Mock Trial's Junior Varsity team and was the Executive Assistant for Hall Government in my residence hall on campus freshman year. I have previously been a research assistant in the Department of Psychology as well as the Center on Drug and Alcohol Research, and in the fall of 2017 I will begin a research internship in the Department of Political Science under the supervision of a faculty mentor in addition to completing an independent honors thesis research project.
