The UK Appalachian Center, Appalachian Studies, and the Graduate Appalachian Research Community (GARC) seek to promote interdisciplinary dialogue on issues in Appalachia. We are proud to follow up our first four successful symposia with the 2014 UK Appalachian Research Symposium and Arts Showcase.
Shortly following the documentary screening, The College of Arts & Sciences will be holding a follow up to last Fall’s Tetris Tournament. Come defend your high score,or perhaps become UK’s newly reigning Tetris champion? Prizes will be awarded for the top three contenders. Refreshments will be provided to all participants. This competition is only open to currently enrolled UK students.
